After leaving the public defender’s office Attorney Huggins worked at Carolina Legal Services for five years, where he gained invaluable experience both in and out of the courtroom. From his previous training and experience, Attorney Huggins decided it was time to take it to the next level. In April 2015, as he had envisioned, prayed, and strove for, he at last started Huggins Law Firm.
Within two years of establishing his own firm, he added an associate and two assistants and the firm has continued to grow. Attorney Huggins practices in the following areas:

- – Personal injury
- – Custody and child support matters
- – Business law
- – Small claims
With his passion to help other people through the judicial system and the due process of law, Attorney Huggins makes it his underlining statement to dedicate himself to his clientele. Because of this loyalty towards his clients, he has taken on tough cases and been successful in obtaining countless dismissals and reductions for his clients, obtained large personal injury settlements, and won child custody and child support cases. He is a sought-after speaker for locations such as the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, and other forums to discuss civil rights issues.
