How our lawyers work
Both attorneys work the same way. In the firm’s own words:
- We investigate rather than process.
- We don’t accept the police report as fact.
- We tell clients the hard truth.
- We prepare every case as though it is going to trial.
That means we read the evidence ourselves, ask for what the State has not turned over, and explain your options in plain words so you can make your own decisions.
Hablamos español
If Spanish is the language you are most comfortable in, you can talk about your case in Spanish with Attorney Nieves. Family members are welcome to call, too. We will tell you who we can and cannot talk to about your case and why.
